Chick-fil-A in North Carolina

"I planned to catch a chicken biscuit with hash browns, however the associate was kind enough to inform me that lunch starts at 10:30 a.m. so I was 8 minutes late. Chick-fil-A was busy as always, nonetheless, I changed my order, Scanned my app, a few moments loaded later I received my spicy chicken deluxe and I was on my way. They have the most efficient drive-thru service I've ever witness."

"Love Chic-fil-A! I know that no one is perfect, but I have had to go back or get my orders corrected on several occasions. That is why I’m giving 4stars. They have been more then accommodating when something is wrong, and will put forth the extra to make things right and take care of their customers. They have done great with the food and the service is kind and respectful, no matter how busy they get with everything going on. Thanks for in the busyness of today, trying to still provide great food, but no matter what there is always room for improvement."

"Bathrooms were gross. There was white residued handprints all over the stall doors..trash was overflowing in the sink area. Someone needs to clean the restrooms."

"I am from Alaska and there is no Chick-fil-a there so I have tried it a couple time now everytime I am traveling. I tried the new grilled chicken nuggets and I loved them. With the new mac and cheese and the caramelly coffee drink thing. It turned out to be a great mix and very satisfying meal. Not necessarily the healthiest meal but very good and even with the smallest interaction with the Chick-fil-a employees they seemed sincere and genuinely friendly."

"The food was pretty as per usual. I got the kids meal grilled chicken which I enjoy and the mac and cheese then I traded my toy for the ice cream which was the perfect ending and I still have ice cream for later. And I could tell a differents with the employees was even nicer than normal and even gave my sister extra a extra cone for there cup of ice cream . Over all the experiences was my pleasure."

"I stopped by early yesterday morning before heading into work to grab a catering order, and so my visit was quick. Although, I noticed the restaurant was clean, tidy and presentable. The staff was friendly and they handled my last minute change to my order with ease. Great food, great service. I recommend this establishment."

"I don’t usually complain but I got the wrong salad. (This wasn’t a big deal, since a salad is a salad) but then I look at my wife’s meal and her sandwich is missing a bun. Like come on lol. How? Is my question. Mister Bob Bangs was the operator on receipt. Update: Issue was resolved and a professional team member (Mrs Merideth) contacted me to fix the problem. Mistakes happen, maybe someone was having a long day! Overall a 4 but service is 5 out of 5!"
